PAYSON, Utah, Jan. 2, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — An old Post Office building in Payson was destroyed in a fire early Saturday morning.
According to Payson Fire and Rescue, crews were dispatched just after 1 a.m. to a structure fire at 97 S. 100 East.
Several units responded, and found the structure was already fully engulfed. Crews were able to contain the fire in about 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported. The building was not in use.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
