MIDVALE, UTAH – September 19, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – One of Utah’s most wanted fugitives is behind bars after being arrested while driving through Midvale early Saturday morning.

According to Unified Police Lt. Lex Bell, 34-year-old Jared Lance, aka T.K., was spotted by officers from the Salt Lake Metro Gang Unit just after 4 a.m. They followed him to the area of 7745 South 700 East where police made the decision to spike his tires.

“Officers spiked his tires in precaution to his history since he is known to flee during apprehension,” Bell said. “He is a felon and not allowed to have guns in his possession and although he did not have a firearm on him during this arrest, he was seen fleeing in West Valley with a gun during a previous incident.”

Bell said Lance has arrest warrants from West Valley City, ATF, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the U.S. Marshals Service.

Lance was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail.
