OREM, UTAH – September 24, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Orem police are looking for a suspect that robbed a bank at gunpoint Thursday afternoon.
According to officers, a man entered the American West Bank at 1534 S. State Street armed with a handgun and demanded cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money the suspect left the bank on foot and headed west.
The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a fake beard and wig, with a red bandana on his head, coveralls, black T-shirt and black gloves. Police believe the bandage on his forearm may be covering up some sort of mark or tattoo.
Surveillance pictures have been released in an effort to help identify him. A small video clip of the suspect has been posted on Orem Police Facebook.
