PARK CITY, Utah, Feb. 5, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Park City police are searching for a suspect who stole $1,000 worth of cosmetics from a Main Street boutique during the Sundance Film Festival.
Park City police said in a news release that a woman entered Cake Boutique at 577 Main Street at about 6 p.m. on Jan. 19.
The woman reportedly stole face cream, makeup and lipstick samples, police said.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, about 5 foot 2 inches tall, with brown hair, wearing a large brown coat with a furry hat, and carrying a light-colored shoulder bag.
Anyone who recognizes the woman in the surveillance photos or video is asked to contact the Park City Police Department’s Tip-A-Cop line at 435-615-5847, referencing case 18-01101.
