LOGAN, Utah, Oct. 12, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Utah State University police have arrested a suspect in the Thursday evening attempted robbery of the Quickstop on USU’s Logan campus.
Brendan Olsen, 20, was taken into custody and booked into Cache County Jail in the early hours of Friday morning.
Olsen is suspected of trying to take money from the cash register in the convenience store on the first floor of the Taggart Student Center at approximately 6 p.m., USU tweeted.
He reportedly said he had a weapon, but no weapon was seen.
Olsen is facing a charge of robbery, a 2nd-degree felony, and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
