SANDY, Utah, Dec. 9, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified Police Department has tweeted that Justin Sweat has been found and is safe.
The 28-year-old man had last been seen earlier Friday evening. UPD said there was concern for his welfare because he is autistic and functions at the level of a 12 to 14 year old.
