RIVERDALE, Utah, Sept. 6, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Two men each face three felony charges after police say they admitted to taking turns abusing a woman in Riverdale.

Colton Lee Cude, 20, and Caden Lee Nelson, 21, were each booked into the Weber County Jail on charges of rape, forcible sodomy, and aggravated sexual assault. Each charge is a first-degree felony.

The woman contacted Riverdale Police regarding the alleged assault on Monday, Sept. 2, saying she is acquainted with Cude, and Nelson is Cude’s friend. The woman said Cude held her down while Nelson raped and sodomized her.

“She advised that Colton had to hold her hands down because she was trying to hit them,” the probable cause statement says. “Caden was located and interviewed, under Miranda Caden admitted to having sex with the complainant while Colton held her down.”

Nelson said “… the complainant was clear in not wanting to have sex and even was screaming for them to stop and Colton held a pillow over her face to quiet her,” says the probable cause statement, filed by an officer of the Riverdale Police Department.

The men then switched places, and Cude raped the woman, she said.

Cude was located and interviewed.

“Under Miranda, Colten admitted to having sex with (the woman) against her will” and “to holding the complainant down while Caden had sex with her.”

Bail for each man was set at $65,000.
