OGDEN, Utah, March 14, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Ogden police responded to the scene of the 21st Street Pond after a photo of a body was posted on Facebook Tuesday night.
Officers secured the scene, near 500 West and 17th Street, until daylight, a Facebook post from the Ogden Police Department says.
The male body was recovered, and has been identified as that of Tracy Rex Kunzler, age 51.
“Next of kin has been notified,” the OPD post says. “Preliminary report does not indicate a suspicious death. The manner of death will be determined by the State Medical Examiner’s office. The investigation is ongoing.”
