LINDON, Utah, July 9, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police have identified a man who died in an industrial accident Monday morning in Lindon.
The victim was 21-year-old Riley McGill, of American Fork
The Lindon Police Department said in a released statement that officers were called at about 10 a.m. to Right Manufacturing Systems, in the area of 1800 West and 120 South.
McGill was operating a forklift on the premises when he became trapped and received fatal injuries, investigators found. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No foul play is suspected, officials said.
Lindon Police officials, as well as the Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration, are investigating the accident.
