A Deseret Industries security guard, who was LAO an off-duty police officer for the Harrisville Police Department, reportedly saw the suspect following a 7-year-old girl, taking photos. Another store employee reported seeing the same man following and shooting pictures of a 15-year-old girl. Neither girl was aware of what was happening, according to reports.
