Police Seek Additional Alleged Victims Of Clinton Man

CLINTON, UTAH – October 5, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — A Clinton man has been booked into the Davis County Jail on allegations of child sex abuse in 2005 and 2008, and police are asking other potential alleged victims to come forward.

Corey Lee VanLare, 36, was booked on charges of two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, object rape and two counts of forcible sexual abuse.

Detestive Zeke Swander with Clinton police said the alleged abuse occurred at VanLare’s home during sleepovers. Swander said that during interviews with the alleged victims, other potential victims were mentioned. Police have not specified the ages or genders of the children that were allegedly abused.

VanLare does have children but it is not clear if any of them were among the victims.
