Police Seek Suspect In Salt Lake City Dee’s Robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 18, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a robber who targeted a Dee’s restaurant in Salt Lake City Wednesday night.

A news release from Salt Lake City Police Department said the man entered the restaurant at 2100 S. 700 East at 9:25 p.m., approached the clerk, and demanded cash from the register with a weapon in hand.

The clerk complied and the suspect left the restaurant. He was last seen heading west on 2100 South.

The suspect was described as white, in his early 30s, 5-feet-6-inches tall, thin build, with a deep voice. He was wearing blue jeans, a gray and green sweatshirt and a black baseball hat.
