SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, May 29, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a suspect after a robbery at a Victoria’s Secret in downtown Salt Lake City Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at the store at 78 S. Rio Grande St. just after 10:20 a.m., the Salt Lake City Police Department said in a news release.
“A male entered the Victoria’s Secret, approached an employee and demanded money from the cash register,” the news release said. “The employee complied, and the male fled north on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.”
The suspect is described as being in his late 30s, 6 feet 2 inches tall with a heavy build and short dirty blond hair. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black pants, black shoes with white markings and a blue bandanna or mask covering his face.
