Police Seeking Suspects After Two Drive-by Shootings

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – September 30, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Police are seeking suspects in two drive-by shootings in Salt Lake City Tuesday but have very little information to go on.

SLCPD said officers responded to reports of shots fired at 1600 West Ivy Circle at 3:13 p.m. and located a spent bullet inside a home. The bullet had passed through a window and was found lodged in a closet door. No injuries were reported, and no suspect description was given.

Officers responded to a reports of shots fired at 1100 West Brooklyn Ave. at 5:32 p.m. Several witnesses reported a parked, white Honda exchanging gunfire with a blue or black two-door sedan driving west along Brooklyn Avenue. A white Ford F-150 pickup truck may also have been involved in the exchange of gun fire. No injured persons or damaged property was located or reported.
