SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 31, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — At least two people were robbed Tuesday night, and police believe the victims were set up by someone they considered a friend.

He said a woman had “called a couple of friends to give her a ride,” and when they got there, the woman was waiting, along with three other people.

At least one of the suspects had a handgun.

Cracroft said it seemed clear that the first woman was in on the robbery, and she left with the other three suspects. He did not disclose her name, but she was known to the victims.

Police are now looking for two adult Hispanic men, an adult Caucasian woman, and an adult Hispanic woman.

Cracroft said they were driving a black, 1997 Audi with chrome rims.

Anyone who may have any information about this incident is asked to call SLCPD Dispatch at 801-799-3000.
