Provo police seek information in animal cruelty case

PROVO, Utah, Sept. 23, 2020 (Gephardt Daily) — The Provo Police Animal Control Division is looking for information after a case of animal cruelty.

The Provo Police Department tweeted a photo of an injured cat that seems to have been shot by an arrow, and struck in or near the left eye.

“If you have any information about this case, please contact our Animal Control Officer Michelle Proctor at mproctor@provo.org,” the PPD tweet says.

“All persons are innocent until proven guilty.”

No additional details were released.
