ENOCH, UTAH – November 27, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A single-vehicle rollover on I-15 near Enoch during a snowstorm killed one man and sent another to the hospital Friday.

According to Utah Highway Patrol, a 2002 Toyota Tacoma was driving North near milepost 65. Deputies say the roads were slick and covered with black ice because of a snowstorm when the driver lost control of his vehicle and slid off the road onto the right shoulder. The vehicle slid sideways and then rolled twice before coming to a rest on its top.

The driver, who was not wearing his seat belt, was ejected 30 feet from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries.

A passenger was transported to by ambulance in stable condition.

The identification of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
