NEW PLYMOUTH, Idaho, April 28, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A 53-year-old man from Roy died in a single-vehicle rollover Wednesday afternoon near Plymouth, Idaho.
Idaho State Police said the accident happened at 3:28 p.m. on Interstate 84 near the New Plymouth exit when Antonio Salas, who was driving a 1999 Chrysler Concorde eastbound attempted to pass another vehicle on the left shoulder.
Salas lost control and rolled multiple times through the median. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. He died at the scene.
The accident is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
