Roy Water, Public Works pull all-night shifts after water line breaks

ROY, Utah, Nov. 29, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Roy City Water Department and Public Works opened just a tad late on Friday after pulling all-night shifts.

“Roy City Water Department and Public Works have been out all night on water line breaks,” said a post issued at about 7 a.m., a little after the usual 6:30 a.m. start time.

“They are currently working at 6000 South 2300 West,” the post says.

“If you have no water in the surrounding area they are working on getting your water service restored.

“Thank you to those hard working people who missed spending time with their families to fix the water lines.”

The offices, at 6000 South and 2300 West, were rescheduled to open at 10 a.m.
