Salt Lake City police searching for 2 female suspects after 7-Eleven robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Dec. 26, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake police are searching for two female suspects after a 7-Eleven was robbed early Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred at the convenience store at 776 S. 1300 East just before 2:40 a.m., the Salt Lake City Police Department said in a news release.

Two women entered the store, brandished a knife and demanded cash, the news release said.

“The clerk complied, and the females fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money,” the statement said.

The first suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, black ski mask, black shirt and white shoes. The second suspect was wearing all black clothing with a gray pattern on the shirt.
