SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Dec. 1, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Salt Lake City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a person of interest in a homicide that occurred Saturday.
The homicide occurred at 9:39 p.m. in the area of 1329 N. Redwood Road.
The person of interest is Astacia Felice Carter, 24. She is described as Hispanic, standing 5 feet 1 inch, and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and hair.
The SLCPD asks asks anyone who may know Carter’s whereabouts of the subject to call 801-799-3000.
