SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 24, 2020 (Gephardt Daily) — A 16-year-old girl was located a few hours after she was reported missing from East High School.
The girl, named Mia, left school at about 9:45 a.m. Friday.
Salt Lake City Police put out an alert because the girl has limited communication skills. The SLCPD statement also said the girl might be using public transportation.
“UPDATE: Mia has been located by UTA Police in downtown Salt Lake,” a 12:21 p.m. SLCPD tweet says. “Thanks to all for helping us look for her.”
