SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, March 19, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake Community College’s South City Campus hosted a mass casualty training Tuesday.
Utah Highway Patrol posted a thank you on Twitter:
“UHP is extremely grateful to @SaltLakeCC for allowing us to assist in hosting and participate in the mass casualty — rescue task force training today at their South City Campus.”
The tweet said the campus, at 1575 S. State St., hosted some 360 participants from over 20 police, fire, paramedic, dispatch and emergency management agencies.
UHP officials had previously warned people that the training would be taking place.
