Salt Lake City PD asks for public’s help locating package theft suspect

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 20, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake City police are asking for the public’s help locating a suspected package thief.

“We need your #help in #identifying the pictured #theft #suspect,” the Salt Lake City Police Department tweeted Wednesday afternoon. “The suspect is involved in package thefts in the area of 3100 E St. Mary’s Circle.”

The suspect is shown in surveillance photos wearing a red baseball cap worn backward, a white T-shirt with a pattern on the front and tan shorts. The suspect vehicle appears to be a white SUV.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the SLCPD on 801-799-3000. To remain anonymous, text crime tips to 274637.
