SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Dec. 3, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for an unknown number of suspects after shots were fired in the area of 722 S. 700 East in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Several residents reported hearing multiple gunshots in the area just before 2:25 a.m., the Salt Lake City Police Department said in a news release.
“Responding officers were able to locate several 9mm shell casings in the road at 722 South 700 East,” the news release said. “Witnesses reported seeing several individuals run to cars after the shots were fired and leave the area. No victims or damage were located.”
