Update: Salt Lake Police locates vehicle believed involved in hit-and-run

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 2, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Salt Lake City Police Department has located a vehicle thought to be involved with a hit-and-run crash on March 2.

The SLCPD said in a tweet Tuesday afternoon: “Need help identifying a suspect of a hit and run near 200 S. Regent St. on March 2 around 9 p.m.”

The victim was transported with critical injuries to an area hospital.

The vehicle is believed to be a royal blue 2018 Hyundai Tucson with a panoramic roof.

A follow up tweet from the SLCPD said: “The suspect in this incident has been located. We’d like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying and locating the suspect.”
