SANDY, Utah, Nov. 19, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Sandy City police are asking for leads from the public after what they are calling a “significant” theft of copper wiring overnight.
“It occurred on 1300 East between 11400 and 11200 South,” a SCPD statement says. “The suspects stole approximately 1,500 feet of copper wire from Sandy City street lamps.
“If you saw anything going on in this area last night or early this morning please call Sandy Police tip line at 801-568-INFO.”
