Search And Rescue Team Looking For Injured Man In Zion National Park
ZION NATIONAL PARK, UTAH – April 3, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) A search and rescue crew team comprised of approximately 15 people was dispatched to locate and rescue an injured man who had been canyoneering in Pine Creek on Friday afternoon.[one_fourth]

According to Zion National Park Public Information Officer Aly Baltrus, initial reports indicated that the man, a 48 year old from California, may have broken his leg. The Overlook Parking Lot was closed during the recovery efforts.
The Canyon Overlook Trail and parking lot will remain closed during the recovery efforts.
