MORGAN COUNTY, Utah, Nov. 23, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — A Layton man was arrested and his female companion was cited after the two traveled to Morgan County for a nude photo shoot.

“On Wednesday afternoon, at about 1 p.m., a male and a female from Layton decided to make the most of the unusually warm weather and came up to Morgan County to take pictures,” says a news release from the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.

“They ended up on the railroad bridge, which is private property, near the Mountain Green exit. Union Pacific Railroad personnel saw them and called in requesting Deputies respond to the situation.”

Railroad workers thought the two were fishing.

“When deputies arrived they observed the male and female on the bridge. The male was completely nude and was being photographed by the female.

“The male was arrested for criminal trespass along with lewdness and booked into jail. The female was cited for criminal trespass.”
