SLC police seek suspect after bank robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 21, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake police are searching for a suspect following a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon.

The incident occurred at the Zions Bank at 102 S. Main St. just after 4:35 p.m., the Salt Lake City Police Department said in a news release.

“A male entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money,” the news release said. “The male left with an undisclosed amount of cash.”

The suspect is described as light skinned, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded coat, blue jeans and a dark colored LA Dodgers Hat.
