SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 28, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Approximately 5,000 customers in Salt Lake City have had their power restored Thursday morning.
An outage in the area of 500 South and 900 East left 2,375 customers without power, and an outage in the area of Third Avenue and 900 East affected 2,442 customers, according to the Rocky Mountain Power website.
Both outages were caused by a problem at a substation. The incidents were reported at 7:31 a.m. and power was restored by noon.
