SLCPD asks for help identifying suspects in home burglary, vehicle theft

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 3, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — The Salt Lake City Police Department is searching for two suspects after a home burglary and vehicle theft on March 24.

Credit cards stolen during the burglary were used at various stores in Salt Lake City and the Bountiful area, the SLCPD said in a news release Tuesday. Several of the items purchased were for home décor.

A vehicle was also stolen and is still outstanding, the news release said. That vehicle is a white 2017 Nissan Armada, with Utah plate W082TM.

The suspects are believed to frequent or reside in the areas of Glendale and Rose Park.

The female suspect in the surveillance pictures has dark hair and is wearing a navy blue shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. The male suspect is wearing a black, gray and white bandanna, sunglasses and an olive green or brown sweatshirt.

The SLCPD asks anyone who may know the identity and/or location of these suspects or location of vehicle to call 801-799-3000. Anonymous tips may be sent by text to 274637.
