SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – August 25, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City Police have located a missing endangered woman who was possibly last seen near the shelter area at 210 S. Rio Grande St.
Briell Decker, 29, has a mental illness and is not currently taking her medication. She was last seen August 23 at 2 a.m. but was found this morning at around 11 a.m.
