SLCPD Makes Arrest After North Temple Hit and Run

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – August 26, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – SLCPD has arrested a woman after a hit and run accident at 1364 W. North Temple St. last night.

A woman was driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed, lost control, and then struck a light pole and a tree, at 11:49 p.m.

The car continued moving until it rolled to a stop on the TRAX line. The driver exited the vehicle and fled. Shortly after officers located and took her into custody. Police booked Yasmine Asaddullah, 31, for hit and run and warrants.
