CEDAR CITY, Utah, Aug. 2, 2020 (Gephardt Daily) — Two people were fatally injured Sunday morning after the small plane they were in crashed after hitting a communications tower outside Cedar City
Lt. Del Schlosser from the Iron County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the fatalities, and said more information would be forthcoming.
Investigators say the single-engine aircraft hit the tower before crashing into a field in the vicinity of Vandenberghe Rd. about 8:30 a.m.
