SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, Nov. 3, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — South Salt Lake police have confirmed that a missing and endangered man who walked away from a rehabilitation center on Thursday has returned and is safe.

Jimmy Brown, 66, left the Avalon Valley Rehabilitation Center at 1 p.m. and did not return that day, which sparked a call to the public for help finding the man, who suffers from health issues.

Brown returned Friday after spending the night at a friend’s house, the SSLPD announced on Friday afternoon.
