SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, Nov. 2, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an armed robbery that occurred Friday.

In a news release, South Salt Lake Police said the robbery happened at approximately 3:47 p.m. at the Chase Bank at 2610 S. State St.

According to police, the suspect walked into the bank, brandished a handgun and demanded cash.

The bank employee complied, and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was harmed in this incident.
The male suspect was last seen leaving the Chase Bank on foot, walking southbound on State Street, the news release said.
Anyone who can identify the suspect shown in the photo, or who may have any information about this robbery, is asked to call SSL Police Dispatch at 801-840-4000.
