SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, March 5, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a suspect or suspects after responding to several calls of shots fired at an apartment complex in South Salt Lake.
Police responded at approximately 2:30 a.m. to the South Parc Townhomes Rentals, at 2235 S. 440 East, officials said. Two apartments and a vehicle had been hit, but no one was injured.
Investigators found eight shell casings on the ground at the scene.
K-9 units were called to the scene. Police said the suspect or suspects may have fled on foot, then gotten into a car at around 500 East, where the K-9’s lost their scent.
