Summit County Sheriff shares video of moose in Pinebrook house

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah, Feb. 14, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A Pinebrook homeowner had an unusual Valentine’s visitor Thursday morning– a moose.

Summit County Sheriff’s Office shared video of the moose on Twitter. “Not your everyday house guest,” the Sheriff’s Office posted. “This morning our deputies helped with a moose that made its way into a Pinebrook home. After a terrifying experience for the homeowner, deputies helped guide the moose out of the home.”

According to sheriff deputies the moose fell through a window-well guard and crashed through the window.

The moose had minor injuries and was reunited with the outdoors, the post said. The homeowner was not injured.
