WEST JORDAN, Utah, Oct. 18, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The third suspect wanted for the Sept. 9 sexual assault of a 14-year-old West Jordan girl has been taken into custody.

Nasouh A. Albasis-Albasis, aka Ibrahim Ali, was located at a West Valley City apartment, and was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail, according to a statement released Wednesday evening by the West Jordan Police Department.

The other two suspects, already in custody, are brothers Leclair Dodjim, 24, and Richard Djassera, 21. In some court paperwork, Djassera is referred to as Djasserambaye.

According to a probable cause statement, Dodjim “met” the girl on social media and, knowing she was 14, picked her up to take her to a party. There, she and the three suspects drank shots, according to the girl’s statement.

Her next memory was coming to, briefly, and finding she was in the back seat of a car with Albasis-Albasis on top of her. She tried to push him off, she said.

Dodjim has told police he turned around to see Albasis-Albasis having sex with the girl. The victim told officers she has a “flash” of memory in which Dodjim was on top of her, and another in which one of the men was kissing her.

Djassera recorded the incident, thinking it was funny, according to his own probable cause statement.

“At no time in the video does (the victim) appear capable of consent given her obvious level of impairment,” the probable cause for Albasis-Albasis statement says.

The victim’s next memory was waking up at Dodjim’s house, in his bed.

Police were able to obtain videos shot by Djassera, which seemed to visually confirm multiple sexual assaults, the statement says.

“In the course of the assaults, voices area heard encouraging the assaults,” the probable cause statement says.
