SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah, Nov. 10, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — A head-on collision last week sent three people to the hospital, two with minor injuries and one in critical condition.
It happened on state Route 248, east of Park City.
“A gray SUV was traveling westbound on SR-248 near milepost 4 in Summit County,” a Utah Highway Patrol statement says. “Two vehicles were traveling eastbound at the same location.
“For an unknown reason at this time, the gray SUV traveling westbound left its lane of travel crossing into oncoming traffic clipping a white SUV and colliding head-on with a red passenger vehicle.
“The occupants of the white SUV did not have any injuries. The two occupants of the gray SUV were transported with minor injuries. The single occupant of the red passenger vehicle was transported by ambulance to an area hospital in critical condition.”
