Two critically injured in I-15 rollover near Utah-Idaho border

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah, Sept. 21, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A driver and passenger were transported by medical helicopter after their car rolled over Friday in Box Elder County.

The accident happened at about 4 p.m. on Interstate 15 close to mile marker 399, near Portage, south of the Utah-Idaho border.

“A vehicle rolled off the roadway, down into a ditch,” a Utah Highway Patrol statement says.

“The driver and passenger were flown from the scene to area hospitals with critical but non life-threatening injuries.”
