People Arrested In String Of Cabin Burglaries

CACHE COUNTY, Utah, Dec. 7, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a string of cabin burglaries in Cache County.

According to Cache County Sheriff Lt. Mike Peterson, an investigation into several cabin burglaries reported in the Scare Canyon Estates in Eden, Utah led detectives to a storage unit in Centerville, Utah.

Lt. Peterson said a search of the storage unit then led them to two suspects, John Lockhart, 31, of Ogden and Sharee Hansen, 49, of Centerville. Both were arrested on multiple charges including burglary, attempted burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

Hansen has since posted bond and has been released from the Cache County Jail.

Lockhart is currently in the Weber County Jail on unrelated charges.
