Two People Stabbed In Apparent Group Fight In West Valley

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH – November 3, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Two people have been stabbed in an apparent group fight between teenagers and adults in West Valley City Tuesday afternoon.

According to West Valley City Spokesperson Roxeanne Vainuku, the first victim, a 23-year-old, was stabbed during a fight at Hillsdale Park and another man was also physically attacked. Vainuku said the fight continued onto a church parking lot at 3450 West 3100 South where another man, a 19-year-old, was stabbed.

The victims are listed in serious to critical condition.

Vainuku said that it does appear to be gang related.
