Two Santaquin Businesses Damaged In Thursday Morning Fire

SANTAQUIN, Utah, April 7, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Santaquin Fire Department responded to a downtown blaze Thursday morning that damaged a salon and cafe.

The call came in at 5:55 a.m. about a blaze at 340 E. Main St. Firefighters from the Payson and Genoa fire departments assisted Santaquin crews.

The fire damage was contained to Brumby’s Hometown Cafe.

The Crazy Daisy Salon had smoke damage, according to a Twitter post from the Santaquin Fire Department.

No one was injured in the fire. The investigation is ongoing.
