Utah, Oct. 31, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Utah Highway Patrol troopers will be out in force Thursday night for the annual Halloween DUI blitz.
“Our #Halloween DUI blitz starts in two hours,” said a tweet from UHP at 8 p.m. “Make sure you have plans for a safe and sober ride home!”
UHP also shared a photo of state troopers preparing for the blitz.
“This fantastic group of your state troopers are just getting briefed prior commencing our annual Halloween DUI blitz,” said a follow-up tweet. “We’ll be out in force tonight with 230 extra shifts being worked by troopers, officers and deputies statewide. #DriveSober #IfYouDrinkDontDrive.”
