Unbreak Your Heart At This Years Totally Radical 80’s ‘Anti-Love’ Burlesque show
Cupid and I are not the best of friends, and Valentine’s Day is most definitely not my favorite day. So what’s this girl going to do instead of hiding under a rock in hopes to avoid the lovey-dovey not-so-totally-awesome weekend?
I will be celebrating not being in love by going to this years “Heartbreakers Ball” presented by Voodoo Darlings. This totally awesome 80’s themed burlesque show just might be the answer I’ve been looking for.
The ‘Anti-love’ Valentine’s Day Show, features the heartbreakingly-beautiful Darlings, a live 80’s band Love Bites, and a select cast of totally rad special guests.

Don’t want to miss out on all the fun this weekend but dread Valentine’s Day? This event is the perfect alternative for those that may fall into this category.
The night is sure to have something for everyone including 80’s tarot readings, vendors, creature encounters, Hatch Family Chocolates and Dahlia’s Flowers Kissing Booth featuring a couple of the Voodoo Pearl Mermaids.
The Voodoo productions owner and booking agent, Jennifer Tarasevich said that they have done shows in the past that focused more on love and couples and decided this year to do something totally different. “This show is sexy and risque, and more radical than what you expect to see here in Utah. It draws in a more edgy and fun crowd and the response has been great,” she said.
Wearing 80’s attire is most definitely encouraged, and frankly, you don’t want to be the one showing up not looking fashionably fabulous do you?
The show is this Friday February 13th, 2015 at The Rail Event Center. The evening starts with a cocktail hour at 9 P.M. and the burlesque show at 10 P.M.
