Unified Police ask public’s help finding missing, endangered woman

KEARNS, Utah, Jan. 4, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department is asking the public’s help finding a missing and endangered Kearns woman.

According to a UPD statement posted early Saturday morning on social media, Talia Benward, 31, was last seen on Jan. 1 at 3:15 p.m. at a Maverick on 5600 West at 9000 South in West Jordan.

Benward is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and dark eyes.

She was wearing a black T-shirt that said STAFF on the back and jeans, the UPD post said.

Police are asking if anyone knows whereabouts to please call dispatch at 801-840-4000 and reference case CO25-473.

“We would greatly appreciate the information in locating her.”
