Unified Police Seek Suspect In Robbery Of Taylorsville Arctic Circle

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah, May 11, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department has released photos of a man who robbed a Taylorsville Arctic Circle last month. Officers hope the public can help identify a suspect.

Unified Police said the man entered the restaurant at 10:30 p.m. on April 22, and approached the cashier with a note that read “This is a robbery.”

The suspect kept his hand in his jacket, indicating he had a weapon, then directed the employees to the back of the restaurant. He took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the area on foot.

Officers immediately started searching the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

UPD detectives are now releasing the surveillance photos in hopes of generating leads.
