ST. GEORGE, UTAH – November 20, 2015 – (Gephardt Daily) The mother of missing St. George teen Macin Smith, is once again asking for the public’s help in finding her missing son.
In a message posted on social media Thursday, Tracey Bratt Smith said she was still in disbelief that her son was missing.

It’s now been 11 weeks since the 17-year-old walked away from the family home, leaving behind his wallet and cell phone then vanishing without a trace.

Search efforts have intensified in recent weeks to find the missing teen, including a coordinated social media campaign designed to re-establish contact between Smith with his family.

Tracy-Bratt Smith’s latest social media post is as follows:
Trying to remain optimistic. I’m still in disbelief that this has happened. I know it’s been over 11 weeks and I should be used to coming home and not having him here but I’m not. Please continue to share his story. I do eat out a lot and every fast food restaurant that I drive thru, I ask if they wouldn’t mind taking a flier. Please continue to share his face/story in your media circles. Would love to receive news on Macin’s whereabouts. If he’s happy, that’s fantastic. If he’s in distress, would love to ease his burdens. Whatever the circumstances, we will adapt. Again, I appreciate your support.

P.S. Picture tonight is another one from our property. Since the kids were little, Darrin has enjoyed loading our children and dogs up in the family vehicle and allowing the kids to get dirty in exploration and outdoor adventures. Darrin would take the kids shooting, build zip lines, archery, climbing trees and digging in the dirt; anything that would provide an outlet. Then there was the junk food involved whenever Dad was in charge. My kids have a good father and I know Darrin’s heart has been fractured. This picture is for him, remembering all the adventures he provided for Macin as a boy. Love you Chum.
